A pittance of time…

My wife received a link at her place of work (RCMP) earlier this week. Its a small but poignant reminder of what today, November 11th, is about.

My mom served in World War II, and sometimes its easy to forget that the little lady who gives me cookies and remembers my birthdays once set aside several years of her life to serve overseas for our freedom. I’m sure pretty much everyone knows someone, past or present, who served or is serving for the same purpose.

11:00 am, give them 2 minutes of your time. As the song says, its a pittance…
