Interesting, I had no idea this existed and pingbacks have been a thorn in my side with how unreliable they’ve been for years. (I think due to host firewall settings.)

If this plugin gets updated and stops breaking comment replies, I would definitely be keen to give it a shot! I’ll keep it on my radar. 🙂
