Back in the olden days (June, 2006), my best friend Chris came out to the coast for a vacation. We visited, and I posted some pictures from one day of the time he was here.
Well, here it is, nearly two months later, and I’m getting around to posting a picture from our trip to the Britannia mine…
Chris can be seen here trying to pan enough gold from the mine’s interpretive center to pay for his vacation. Unfortunately, all he got was a pan full of dirt, which the airlines don’t accept as valid payment. You can see about 65 gajillion more photos from our expeditions in the gallery.
